At helpy.live, we strive to provide a safe, transparent, and reliable space for users to explore and access online coaching, therapy programs, and digital learning resources. All products, programs, and information displayed on this Site constitute an “invitation to offer.” Your order for purchase constitutes your “offer,” which shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions set out below.

While it is not mandatory to create an account to browse or purchase on helpy.live, users may register to access additional features.

Registration in jurisdictions where such activity is prohibited shall be void.

All reviews, comments, feedback, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions disclosed, submitted, or offered to helpy.live (collectively “Comments”) shall become the exclusive property of helpy.live.
By submitting Comments, you assign to us all worldwide rights, titles, and interests in all copyrights and intellectual property in such material.
helpy.live shall be free to use, reproduce, disclose, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such material for any purpose without compensation or acknowledgment.

You agree that your Comments will not violate any law or the rights of third parties, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, privacy, or proprietary rights, and will not contain unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or obscene material. You further agree not to impersonate any person or provide misleading information.

helpy.live reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, edit, or remove any Comments submitted to the Site.

5. Accuracy of Content and Product Information

While helpy.live strives to ensure that product descriptions, service details, and other information on this Site are accurate, typographical or informational errors may occur.
In the event a product or program is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect details, helpy.live reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or cancel any orders placed for that item, unless the product has already been delivered or access granted.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on helpy.live are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice.
Payments for online coaching sessions, therapy programs, or digital courses must be made in full prior to access. helpy.live reserves the right to refuse any order at its discretion.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

All sales made through helpy.live are final. Due to the nature of digital programs and online coaching services, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once access to a program, course, or session has been granted.
In exceptional cases (such as duplicate payments), users may contact bhoomika@helpy.live
for resolution. Refund requests, if approved, will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on helpy.live, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, icons, and software, is the property of New Me Consultancy or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any material on this Site is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall New Me Consultancy, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use this Site, its content, or services.
Users acknowledge and agree that their use of the Site is at their sole risk.

10. Indemnification

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
