This Refund, Return, Cancellation, and Shipping Policy forms part of the Terms & Conditions of helpy.live, owned and operated by New Me Consultancy, Baroda, Gujarat, India.

1. Return Policy

For physical products (if applicable), items must be returned to us within 7 days from the date of delivery to the customer.
The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, with all tags attached, and accompanied by all packing materials, courier receipts, invoices, and related documents.

Returns not meeting the above conditions may be refused or returned to the customer at their expense.

2. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received successfully by New Me Consultancy, we will initiate the refund to your original source account or chosen refund method within 7–10 working days.

Refunds are subject to:

• Verification and inspection of the returned product.

• Confirmation that the item meets our return criteria.

For digital services, including online coaching programs, therapy sessions, and digital courses, no refunds will be processed once access has been granted or sessions have been scheduled.

3. Refund and Cancellation for Service-Based Offerings

Since helpy.live primarily provides digital courses, online coaching, and therapy-based services, the following terms apply:

• Once a payment has been made for any program, course, or session, NO REFUND and NO CANCELLATION requests will be entertained.

• All services are considered “delivered” once access credentials, course materials, or booking confirmations are provided to the customer.

• Users are requested to review all service details before making any purchase.

4. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been processed or shipped.
Once the order has been processed after 24 hours, or if the product has been dispatched, no cancellation requests will be accepted.

For digital products and coaching services, cancellations are not permitted once the user has received login access or confirmation of session booking.

5. Shipping & Delivery Policy

New Me Consultancy ships its physical products (if applicable) across most parts of India. Orders placed will typically be shipped within 24 hours, excluding Sundays and national holidays.

For regions serviced by reputed courier partners, delivery is expected within 3–4 business days of dispatch.
For remote areas, delivery may take up to 7–10 business days, depending on location and courier availability.

In rare cases, deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseen logistics or external factors beyond our control.
New Me Consultancy shall not be held liable for such delays and requests customers to cooperate while we strive to resolve such situations promptly.

We also reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion in cases where:

• Delivery is delayed beyond a reasonable period.

• The shipment becomes physically untraceable.

In such cases, the full refund amount will be credited to the customer’s original payment method.
